摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化联合电切术治疗高龄前列腺增生的安全性和疗效。方法选择2009年1月~2015年1月我院就诊的前列腺增生患者48例,采用经尿道前列腺汽化联合电切术治疗,比较术中生命体征及基本指标情况,术前后IPSS,QOL,Qmax,RUV情况。结果所有患者手术均获得成功,T60时患者Hb,Na＋水平较术前明显降低,Glu水平明显升高,术后均恢复正常范围。患者术后3个月IPSS评分及QOL评分较术前明显降低,Qmax明显增加,RUV明显降低（P〈0.05）,排尿困难症状明显改善。结论经尿道前列腺汽化联合电切手术治疗高龄前列腺增生患者手术成功率高,术中出血少,术后并发症少,恢复快。
Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of transurethral prostate vaporization and transurethral resection in the treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 48 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were selected, who were treated by transurethral prostate vaporization and transurethral resection. The intraoperative vital signs and basic indicators, IPSS, QOL, Qmax, RUV before and after the operation were compared. Results All patients had successful operation. The Hb, Na＋ levels at T60 decreased significantly compared with before the operation, and the level of Glu increased significantly,these indexes recoverd the normal levels after the operation. The IPSS and QOL score of patients in three months after the operation were significantly lower than those before the operation, Qmax increased significantly, and RUV decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,and dysuria symptoms improved obviously. Conclusion Transurethral prostate vaporization and transurethral resection in the treation of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia has the high success rate of the operation, less bleeding, fewer complications and faster recovery.
