摘要
目的分析荔湾区2009~2014年间育龄妇女死亡的主要原因,为探讨相关干预措施提供依据。方法对荔湾区2009~2014年户籍人口的育龄妇女死亡资料进行回顾性分析。结果 6年间荔湾区育龄妇女死亡率60.64/10万,各年度间育龄妇女死亡率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。死因的首位是恶性肿瘤。恶性肿瘤死因构成的前三位是乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌。30岁以上死亡的育龄妇女人群中超过一半均因为恶性肿瘤而死亡。结论 6年间荔湾区育龄妇女死亡的主要原因是恶性肿瘤,应积极探讨有效的干预措施,减少育龄妇女死亡。
Objective To analyze the primary death causes of reproductive women in Liwan District Guangzhou City from 2009 to 2014, in order to provide evidence for the discussion of correlative intervention measures. Methods To retrospectively analyze the mortality data of reproductive women of resident population in Liwan District from 2009 to 2014. Results The mortality rate of reproductive women in Liwan District during the 6 years was 60.64/0.1million, the differences of which was no statistical significance among each years（P〈0.05）. The primary death cause was malignant tumor which was caused by the first three of breast cancer, lung cancer, and liver cancer. More than half of the reproductive women, who were 30 years or older, were died from malignant tumor. Conclusion The primary death cause of reproductive women in Liwan District during the 6 years is malignant tumor. It is better to positively study the effective intervention measures to reduce the mortality of reproductive women.
