摘要
以废弃混凝土为原材料,制作了再生粗骨料,而后用这种粗骨料在50%取代率的情况下,在拌合物中掺入一定量的玄武岩短切纤维,配制了纤维再生混凝土。试验共配制了RC20、RC25和RC30 3个强度等级的混凝土,并制作了150mm×150mm×150mm的标准立方体试块。对于这些试块,先后进行了回弹法和立方体抗压强度试验。通过分析试验数据,发现纤维再生混凝土的回弹值相比普通混凝土,有所降低,如此以来,原有的测强曲线便不能再用于检测纤维再生混凝土的强度,因此有必要建立纤维再生混凝土的专用测强曲线。
Using waste concrete, fabricate recycled aggregate concrete. With the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate of 50%, incorporating chopped basalt fibre in the mixture, the fibre recycled concrete was ob- tained. And three kinds of strength grade of RC20, RC25 and RC30 were used in the test. With the concrete, standard cube of 150mm× 150mm × 150mm was prepared. To these blocks, the test of rebound and compressive strength was carried on. Analyzing the experimental data, it shows that the rebound value decreasing of fiber rein- forced recycled aggregate concrete comparing with the ordinary concrete. So exsisting strength curve cannot be used to estimate the fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete. And it is necessary to make special strength curve of it.
