摘要
尾矿输送过程是整个煤矿工艺系统中的一个重要环节,因此输送过程的变频调速系统研究具有重大意义。首先简单介绍了变频器调速的工作原理,并对变频调速系统控制原理进行分析;其次,对系统的硬件进行设计;最后,分析系统运行过程以及系统运行时的注意事项。研究结果表明,采用变频器来控制尾矿输送系统泵的运行,能够达到根据实际情况自动调速的目的,这将在实际应用中具有很大实用价值。
Tailing conveying process is an important part in the coal mining process system, so the study of variable frequency adjustable speed system of conveying process is of great significance. First, this paper introduces the working principle of speed control on the frequency converter, and analyzes the controlling principle of variable frequency speed adjustable system. Second, designs the hardware on the system. Finally, analyzes system operation process and the attention points during the system operation. The results show that the frequency converter to control pump operation of tailing conveying system, it can achieves the goal of automatic speed adjustment according to the actual condition, this would have a great practical value in practical application.
