摘要
概述了高硫无烟块煤在山西晋煤天源化工有限公司UGI炉试烧情况,介绍了采取的气化工艺优化措施,分析了试烧过程中造气炉发气量、气体成分、H_2S含量、循环水水质等工艺参数以及煤、电、化学药剂等消耗的变化。针对UGI炉试烧高硫煤过程中存在的问题,提出了改进建议。
The trial gasification of high sulfur anthracite lump in UGI gasifiers in Shanxi Jinmei Tianyuan Chemical Co.,Ltd. was introduced in this paper. The optimization measures of gasification process was presented. The changes in process parameters such as gas production of the gasifier, gas compositon, H_2S content, the quality of circulating water, and the consumptions of coal, electricity and chemical agents during the trial gasification were analyzed. The problems in the trial gasification of high sulfur coal in UGI gasifiers and corresponding improvement measures were discussed.
