摘要
以南疆地区秋季落叶为试材,探究了加入不同比例的嗜热侧孢霉与微生物发酵菌剂对树叶堆肥的发酵效果及其理化性质的影响,以期为开发以树叶为主的低成本稳态有机复混基质提供技术支持。结果表明:添加嗜热侧孢霉可以提高堆体前期、后期的温度,添加微生物菌剂可以提高堆体中期的温度;堆腐结束后3个处理的总孔隙度、持水孔隙度、容重均适合作物栽培要求,气水比(除对照外)偏小;3个处理的pH均符合国家有机肥发酵标准(NY525-2002),EC值也均在合理范围内;添加嗜热侧孢霉的处理在堆体中心温度、理化性质、种子发芽率和GI值等方面均优于对照和加入微生物菌剂的处理。
The effect of different Thermophilic sporotrichum and microbial fermentation bacteria on leaf compost were studied with the autumn deciduous leaves in southern Xinjiang.The results showed that the addition of thermophilic sporotrichum could increase the temperature in the early and late stages of the reactor,and the temperature in the middle of the reactor could be increased by adding microbial agents.The total porosity,water-holding porosity and bulk density of the three treatments were suitable for crop cultivation,and the gas-water ratio(excep contrastl)was small.The pH of the three treatments were in accordance with the national organic fertilizer fermentation standard(NY525-2002),and the EC values were all within the reasonable range.In addition,the treatment of adding thermophilus sporotrichum was better than contrast and the addition of microbial agents,in the core temperature,physicochemical properties,seed germination rate and GI value.
