摘要
随着社会经济的迅速发展,生态环境问题,特别是城市生态环境问题日益突出。依据生态城市建设的相关理论,采用层次分析法,通过建立城市生态环境质量评价指标体系和适宜度模型,对滨州市生态环境质量进行现状评价与分析。结果表明,滨州市生态环境质量现状综合指数为I级,近五年波动提升趋势明显;但各指标发展不平衡,适宜度指数差异明显。针对生态环境质量存在的问题,参考国内外改善城市生态环境质量的措施,提出相应意见及建议,从而为滨州及同类城市生态环境建设提供一定借鉴。
With the rapid development of the socio- economic,environmental problems,especially in urban environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Based on the corresponding theories of ecological city construction,AHP method and fitness model were selected and indices system was also established to evaluate the present situation of ecological and environmental qualities in Binzhou city. The results showed that the degree of ecological and environmental qualities in Binzhou city was I,and its fluctuation in the past five years showed an obvious improvement tendency. However,the developments of the sub- indices were out of balance and the fitness indices showed and obvious difference. Through the study of the evaluation index,analyze the current situation and development trend of the coast of the city ecological environment,the quality of the ecological environment problems at home and abroad to improve the environmental quality of urban reference ecological measures,comments and suggestions,so as to ecological construction Binzhou and the similar cities provide a reference.
