摘要
使圆杆端部在倾斜压模之间受压而发生大塑性变形情况下的塑性变形力问题,目前尚未见有经典的理论解.本文作者对这种形式的塑性变形在几何形状和表面法向应力分布两个方面做了适当简化,建立了相应的力学模型。并运用主应力法和Tresca屈服条件给出了该塑性变形力的解,提出了一种便于工程计算的简化方法.
The classic theoretical solution of the force for the plas- tic deformation of one end of round bar between the dies with dip angle has not been known up to the present. For this type of deformation, the author makes some suitable simplifications in two aspects: the geometrical shape and the distribution of the surface normal stress, and a mechanical model is established, On the basis of this mechanical model the author makes use of the (?)incipal stress method and Tresca yield condition to give a solution for this deformation and recommends a simplified method which can be used for engineering calculation conveniently.
