摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗配合功能锻炼在儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后功能康复中的临床效果。方法:选择肱骨髁上骨折闭合复位克氏针交叉内固定术后功能障碍患儿56例,随机分为干预组、对照组各28例,干预组采用中药熏洗配合功能锻炼治疗,对照组采用温水熏洗配合功能锻炼。干预前后均应用Mayo肘关节功能评分法评价。结果:干预4周后,应用Mayo肘关节功能评分法评价:干预组,优16例,良10例,可2例,差0例,优良率92.8%;对照组:优10例,良13例,可3例,差2例,优良率82.1%;干预组优良率明显高于对照组。结果:中药熏洗配合功能锻炼对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后康复具有重要临床作用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of herbal fumigating combined with functional exercising on post- operative functionai rehabilitation in children with humeral condylar fractures. Methods： Choice on the humerus condyle fracture closure and restoration gram cross needle fixation postoperative dysfunction in patients with 56 cases.The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.28 cases in intervention group were treated with herbal fumigating cooperating with functional exercising.28 cases in control group were treated with warm water cooperating with functional exercising. Results： 4 weeks after intervention, the intervention group, 16 cases were excellent, 10 eases were excellent, 2 cases were good, 0 cases were poor, the excellent and good rate was 92.8%. The control group was excellent in 10 cases, good in 3 cases, poor in 2 cases, good rate was 82.1%. Results： Herbal fumigating combined with functional ex- ercising with functional exercise on the rehabilitation of children with humeral condyle fractures in children has important clinical effect.
