摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗化疗引发静脉炎的临床效果。方法:以100例化疗引发静脉炎患者展开研究,随机分为2组,观察组和对照组各50例患者。对照组行33%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组给予三黄水配合喜疗妥中西医结合的治疗方法,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果:通过治疗,观察组治疗总有效率为96.0%,其中红肿型显效例数15例,硬结型显效7例,坏死型显效2例;对照组治疗总有效率为66.0%,其中有13例红肿型治疗显效,硬结型显效3例,坏死型显效2例,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合对治疗化疗引发的静脉炎疗效显著,能有效缓解患者的痛苦,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chemotherapy caused phlebitis.Methods ：This paper researches on the 100 patients in our hospital, it is divided into two groups at random, the observation group and control group of 50 cases, control group 33% magnesium sulfate wet compress therapy, the observation group was given including matching with hirudoid combined Chinese and Western medicine treat- ment, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results ： By observation of treatment, treatment group total effective rate was 96%, including red type cases 15 cases were markedly effective, induration type 7 cases were markedly effective, necrosis type 2 cases were markedly improved; Control group total effective rate was 66%, of which there are 13 cases of red type treatment pay off, induration type 3 cases had marked effect, necrosis type 2 cases were markedly im- proved, comparing differences between groups with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating phlebitis caused by chemotherapy in patients with curative effect significantly, can effectively relieve the pain of patients, worth clinical promotion.
