摘要
在台风等恶劣环境下,自升式平台在码头进行舾装、维修作业时极易发生碰撞事故,需要对其进行码头系泊。系泊方案一般采用中间垫靠驳船的方式。本文利用流体软件Fine/Marine计算平台的风、流载荷系数,结合系泊软件Orcaflex模拟了在台风状态下自升式平台码头系泊系统,通过给缆绳设置不同预张力和刚度,计算分析最终系泊缆绳受力和平台运动。结果显示施加预张力和增加缆绳刚度均能减小缆绳最终受力和平台运动幅度,而且增加刚度的效果好于增加预张力;每根缆绳预张力大小还应保证一致,更有利于系泊系统稳定性。所得结论对于自升式平台码头系泊方案设定具有重要意义。
In the typhoon and other harsh environments,the jack-up platform collision accident will easily occur when the platform is repaired and fitting- outed. the platform need to be moored. The Mooring scheme generally place the barge in the middle of platform and dock. The article use the fluid software Fine / Marine to compute the wind and fluid load coefficient of the platform,combined with the mooring software Orcaflex to simulate the jack up platform mooring system in typhoon condition. through setting different pretension and stiffness of the lines,the article ultimately calculate and analysis the result of mooring lines force and platform motion. Results show that the applied pretension and increasing the cable stiffness can reduce the cable end force and platform motion amplitude,but also increasing the stiffness is more effective than increasing the pretension of the lines. Each rope pretension values should also ensure the consistency,which is more conducive to the stability of the mooring system. The conclusions have important significance for jack up platform mooring scheme setting.
