摘要
目的分析夏枯草片联合抗菌药物治疗急性乳腺炎的治疗效果,为临床医生治疗急性乳腺炎提供可靠方法。方法选择2013年10月～2014年11月来我院治疗急性乳腺炎的患者92例,随机将其分成两组,即对照组和治疗组,每组各46例。两组患者均采用抗菌药物治疗,抗菌药物选择青霉素治疗;治疗组患者联合夏枯草片共同治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的疗效优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在急性乳腺炎治疗中采用夏枯草片联合抗菌药物共同治疗,能有效提高其疗效,恢复女性患者正常哺乳,降低患者机体对抗菌药物的耐药性,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the prunella combined with antibiotics in treatment of acute mastitis, for clinicians in the treatment of acute mastitis to provide a reliable method. Methods 92 cases of patients with acute mastitis were randomly divided into two groups from October 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital, control group and treatment group, 46 cases in each group. Two groups of patients are used antimicrobial therapy and antimicrobial drug choice penicillin treatment. Treatment group were treated combined prunella treatment. Observe the treatment effect of the two groups of patients. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of acute mastitis by prunella combined with antibiotics, can effectively improve the curative effect, restore female patients with normal breast-feeding, reduce patient airframe resistance to antimicrobial agents and improve the quality of life.
