摘要
目的探析双源CT检查在急性主动脉夹层诊断中的运用价值。方法选择120例急性主动脉夹层患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果双源CT诊断急性主动脉夹层的特异度和敏感度均为100%;同时MPR与VR和MIP在综合显示能力方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双源CT诊断急性主动脉夹层具有较高的准确率。
Objective To explore dual-source CT examination in the diagnosis of acute aortic dissection using value. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute aortic dissection were chosen as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The degree of dualsource CT in the diagnosis of acute aortic dissection of the specific and sensitivity was 100%, meanwhile MPR and VR and MIP in the aspect of the comprehensive ability was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dual-source CT in the diagnosis of acute aortic dissection has higher accuracy.
