摘要
自全国2002年起遵照ICD-10对疾病及与健康相关的问题进行统计以来,医疗服务、科研、教学以及相关各领域都在使用ICD-10的编码,来支持基于疾病及与健康相关问题的国际标准进行规范化管理和运作。本研究从信息挖掘的角度出发,分析了ICD-10人工编码过程、编码规则及所处理的信息,提出了便于计算机处理的结构化数据模式,并基于此开发了计算机辅助ICD-10编码系统,通过实际应用证明,该系统不仅能够辅助编码人员高效地进行编码,同时还能挖掘出人工编码难以发现的信息,提升了诊断编码的水平。
Since Chinese hospitals started to code diseases and health-related problems according to the ICD-10 in 2002, ICD code has been applied in healthcare services, scientific research, teaching, and other related areas,to support various management and operation in an international standard. From the perspective of information mining, this paper includes the following contents related to ICD-10 coding： the manual coding process, the coding rules,and the information processed; An structured data model suitable for computer processing was suggested; Based on this model,a computer aided ICD-10 coding system was developed.It can not only assist coders efficiently,but also can present information which manual coding could not find,all of which promote the ICD coding level greatly.
