摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对剖宫产产妇的临床意义,旨在提高剖宫产产妇护理质量。方法选取我院2013年1月-2014年1月所收治剖宫产产妇180例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例,对照组患者给予产科常规护理,观察组患者实施优质护理服务。对比两组产妇产后康复情况和护理满意度。结果观察组患者初乳时间、排气时间以及恶露排尽时间均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高达98.89%,显著优于对照组的88.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务应用于剖宫产产妇护理工作中,有利于提高产妇产后康复质量,提升护理满意度,改善医患关系,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical significance of quality nursing service for cesarean section,and to improve the nursing quality of cesarean section. Methods： 180 cases of parturients in cesarean section were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 and divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group were given routine obstetric care while the observed group of patients had the implementation of high quality nursing service. The recovery of postpartum and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： Colostrum time,exhaust time and lochia discharge time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the satisfaction rate reached 98. 89% in the observation group patients,which was significantly better than 88. 89% in the control group and the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of quality nursing service to the maternal nursing in cesarean section is beneficial to improve the quality of maternal postpartum rehabilitation,improve the nursing satisfaction,improve the relationship between doctors and patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
