摘要
以三聚氯氰和聚山梨醇酯(Tween-80)为原料,通过无溶剂直接反应,制得了新型含有三嗪环的非离子表面活性剂。考察了物料配比及温度对三聚氯氰一氯取代转化速率的影响以及产物浊点的影响,确定合成工艺条件为:三聚氯氰与Tween-80的摩尔配比0.9∶1.0,无溶剂反应,温度20℃,时间41h。通过离子色谱仪对三聚氯氰的一氯取代转化率进行监控,并用高效液相色谱、红外光谱(IR)对产物结构组成进行了表征。产物具有较强的乳化能力。
A novel non-ionic surfactant was synthesized with cyanuric chloride and polysorbate(Tween-80)using solvent-free reaction.Effect of material ratio and temperature on the substitution rate of 1-chorocyanuric chloride and the cloud point of non-ionic surfactant was investigated.Results showed the optimal synthetic condition as follows:0.9∶1.0 molar ratio of C3N3Cl3 and Tween-80,solvent-free reaction,temperature 20 ℃,reaction time 41 h.The substitution rate of 1-chorocyanuric chloride was detected by the ion chromatography and product composition was determined by HPLC and FTIR.Emulsifying test showed that the products had strong emulsifying ability.
