摘要
构建传统产业与新兴产业跨链间的耦合创新联盟既是国家发展战略性新兴产业的要求,也是促进我国传统产业转型升级与经济可持续发展的关键问题。分析了产业链耦合创新联盟共生演化的基本条件,探讨了产业链创新联盟企业关系与共生演化稳定性,进而构建其共生演化模型,重点探讨了其共生演化均衡点的稳定性,并提出了促进我国跨产业链耦合创新联盟稳定发展的政策建议。
To build coupling innovation alliance between traditional industries and emerging industries is the re- quirements to develop strategic emerging industries. And it is also the keys to promote the transformation and up- grading of traditional industries and to ensure sustainable economic development in China. This paper analyzes the basic conditions for industrial chain coupling innovation alliance to achieve symbiotic evolution, discusses the enter- prise relationship among industrial chain innovation alliance how to influence its symbiotic evolutionary stability, and builds its symbiotic evolutionary model, focusing on studying the equilibrium point stability of symbiotic evolution- ary. In the end, some suggestion has been put forward for coupling innovation alliance.
