摘要
介绍应用VB和Solid Edge开发深沟球轴承参数化设计与辅助分析系统的流程和方法,列出在系统开发过程中的关键步骤,并通过实例验证了系统运行情况。实践应用表明,该系统在进行深沟球轴承三维模型参数化设计及轴承工况验算时运行可靠、快捷方便,大幅减少了设计工作量,缩短了产品开发周期。
In the paper, the processes and methods are introduced about parametric design of deep groove ball bearings and auxiliary analysis system development by using VB and Solid Edge. The key steps are listed in the process of system development.And the system running situation is validated by examples. Practical application shows that the system is running reliable, quick and convenient in the 3D model parametric design for deep groove ball bearings and the calculation about bearing working condition. The results show that the design work is greatly reduced and the product development cycle is shortened.
