摘要
许多滑动轴承设计数据都与承载系数有关,而承载系数与相对偏心率及宽径比呈函数关系。目前验证此关系的实验台皆不能很好地满足高校教学的低成本且高精度的要求,新的实验台能以较高的精度和较低的成本实现验证。
Much of design data for sliding bearing are related to the Sommerfeld number. The sommerfeld can be calculated as a function of the relative eccentricity and the width ratio of the bearing. The existent equipment can not meet the requirement of high precision and low cost in empirical education. But the new equipment can accomplish this requirement.
