超声心动图诊断川崎病价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨超声心动图诊断川崎病价值。方法:回顾性分析28例经临床诊断证实的川崎病病例,总结川崎病的超声心动图表现。结果:28例病例中,超声心动图显示冠状动脉内膜毛糙11例,冠状动脉扩张8例,冠状动脉瘤6例,巨大冠状动脉瘤3例。结论:超声心动图能够准确探查冠状动脉内膜、管径的形态学改变,安全、方便、可重复性好,能够为川崎病的诊断、治疗中的观察、治疗后的随访提供有价值的信息。
