全自动消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的镉 被引量:17

摘要 利用Auto Digi Block全自动消解仪处理土壤,"加酸—消解—赶酸—定容—摇匀"全程由软件控制,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中镉含量。对国家土壤标准物质GBW07404、GBW07405、GBW07406的检测结果表明:测定值均接近标准值,镉元素的回收率大于96%,该方法的检出限为0.0048 mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于5%,准确度和精密度较高,符合《土壤环境监测技术规范》(HJ/T 166-2004)的要求。实验表明:全自动消解操作简便快捷,消耗低,优于国家标准推荐的电热板消解法,可应用于批量土壤样品的前处理。 The Cd content of reference materials of soil,GBW07404,GBW07405 and GBW07406,were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry after digestion by Auto Digi Block automatic digestion instrument and process of adding acid- digestion- rush acid- volume- shake controlled by software,and the results showed that the measured values were close to the standard value,and the recovery of cadmium was higher than 96%. The detection limit of the method was 0. 0048 mg / kg,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. The accuracy and precision of the method were higher,so the method could meet the requirements of Soil Environmental Monitoring Technical Specifications( HJ / T 166-2004). The results showed that the automatic digestion was simple,fast and low cost,and it was better than the heating board digestion method which recommended by national standard,which could be applied in analysis on cadmium content of batch soil samples.
