摘要
以汽车动力性、经济性仿真分析为研究对象,提出一种基于Matlab程序计算整车动力性、经济性和分析变速器传动比与发动机是否匹配的方法,研究并应用Matlab语言的矩阵运算方法,用最小二乘法和回归分析法拟合得到发动机的万有特性曲线图.根据整车的物理特性计算其在NEDC循环功况点在发动机万有曲线图中的分布,进而判断变速箱传动比与发动机的匹配情况.通过最高车速计算、加速时间计算、等速工况油耗计算、加速工况油耗计算等方法,获得整车的动力性、经济性以及整车的传动比优化的分析报告,指导产品设计开发.
A method based on Matlab to calculate vehicle dynamic property and economy performance and analyze the match of transmission ratio with the engine was proposed, using Matlab matrix to calculate and fit the engine map curve through the least square method and regression analysis. According to the vehicle characteristics, we calculate and layout the power point of the vehicle NEDC cycle in the engine map, and then determine the situation of the transmission ratio match to the engine. Finally,the analysis report of the vehicle dynamic and economy performance, the transmission ratio optimization was obtained through maximum speed calculation, acceleration time calculation, fuel consumption calculation of acceleration mode and cruising mode so as to instruct the product design and development.
