摘要
根据海洋工程中深水应急抢修技术与装备的需要,提出了一种深水管道内封堵器应封堵的方法。首先介绍了国内外海洋工程领域常用的锚定锁紧方式,设计了锚定机构,着重对锚定螺纹牙进行了分析与设计,对螺纹牙进行了校核和ANSYS接触分析,建立了锚定块的单个螺纹牙与管道内壁的接触模型,应用赫兹接触理论和半无限体表面承受法向集中力作用时的理论进行了分析。
According to the need of emergency repair technologies and equipments for the deep ocean engineering,a sealed plugging method of deepwater pipeline occluder device was proposed. First the anchor locking manner widely used in the marine engineering areas was introduced at home and abroad,then the anchoring mechanism was designed,and the anchoring thread tooth was emphatically analyzed and projected. The thread tooth was checked and analyzed contact with ANSYS,finally a contact model was built which caused by single thread tooth of the anchor block and the pipeline inwall. The theoretical analysis is carried on by using the Hertz contact theory and the theory when the surface of semi-infinite body bore normal concentrated force.
