摘要 在经济与技术不断发展背景下,我国金属行业获得了长足的发展,并逐渐成为我国国民经济发展的支柱性产业。为了避免金属行业对生态环境构成的污染,党和国家提出了绿色、节能理念,对金属材料加工技术产生深刻影响,其中热处理节能技术的推广,不仅能够显著降低能耗、保护环境,还能够提高金属加工有效性。本文简单阐述热处理工艺概念,分析和研究该项工艺节能生产现状,并深入探讨热处理节能技术的应用。 under the background of social economy and the development of science and technology, metal industry obtained great development in our country, and gradually become the pillar industry of the national economy development, in order to avoid the pollution to the ecological environment constitute the metal industry, party and the country put forward the concept of green, energy-saving, metal material processing technology have a profound impact, including promotion of energy-saving technology, heat treatment can significantly reduce the energy consumption, protect the environment not only, also can improve the metal processing efficiency. Simply in this paper, the heat treatment process concept, this paper analysis and research on the process and energy saving production status, and explore the application of heat treatment energy saving technology.
