摘要
随着乳腺癌综合治疗的进步,保乳手术和前哨淋巴结活检已经成为早期乳腺癌首选手术方式。但对于部分有保乳禁忌和腋窝淋巴结阳性的患者,改良根治术仍然是最常用的手术方式。乳房切除和腋窝清扫所带来的手术并发症相对较多,术后美容效果差,如何严格把握改良根治术的手术适应证,规范手术操作,减少手术并发症,是现阶段乳腺外科必须面对的话题。
Although breast conserving therapy and sentinel lymph node biopsy are widely used,complete mastectomy combined with axillary lymph node dissection,which was defined as modified radical mastectomy,still remains a viable option for patients with breast cancer and positive axillary lymph node. As a relatively more aggressive technique,modified radical mastectomy is associated with more adverse effect and worse cosmetic outcome. This topic is to address the evolving history, indications and surgical standardization of modified radical mastectomy.
