摘要
目的探讨超普疝装置（UHS）在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用价值。方法 2013年11月至2014年l2月河北医科大学第一医院应用UHS行腹股沟疝无张力修补术51例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 51例手术全部成功完成,手术时间（70±21）min。术后发生切口迟发皮下血肿1例,经保守治疗消退;切口脂肪液化1例,经换药、二次缝合愈合。无切口感染、补片感染、慢性疼痛等并发症发生。住院时间5~9 d,平均6.5 d,全部治愈出院。随访3~12个月,无复发患者。结论应用UHS行腹股沟疝无张力修补术是一种较理想的术式,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of Ultra Pro Hernia System（ UHS） in tensionfree repair of inguinal hernias. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 51 cases with inguinal hernia who underwent tension-free repair in the first Hospital of Hebei Medical University from November2013 to December 2014, and their clinical data was collected. Results All cases were operated successfully. The operation time was（ 70 ± 21） minutes. There was one case of delayed incisional subcutaneous hematoma,which was cured with conservative treatment. One case of subcutaneous fat necrosis occurred,and healed after dressing change and secondary suture. The mean hospitalization time was6. 5 days（ range 5 to 9 days）. All cases were cured and discharged. After a follow-up period of 3 to12 months,none had a recurrence. Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair with UHS device an ideal surgical operation,which is worthy of popularization.
