摘要
文化是城镇的灵魂与支柱,新型城镇化是文化的城镇化。文化的城镇化必须具有承载文化延续与集聚的功能。要发挥文化延续与集聚的制导功能,搞好文化延续与集聚中的城镇文脉定位、文化保护定位、载体建设定位。要注意路径选择,走好多重文化共融发展、专题文化集群发展和城乡文化协调发展之路。要坚持一些基本策略技术设计,如以本质定属性,以特色定方向,以规划定格调,以发展定渗透等等。
Culture is the soul and pillar of the cities and towns, and the new - type urbanization is the urbanization of culture. The ur- banization of culture must have the function of the bearing culture continuation and agglomeration. To exert the guidance of culture continuation and agglomeration function, improve the cultural orientation of urban context in continuation and agglomeration, the orientation of cul- tural preservation and carrier construction. Pay attention to the choice of route, letting the multiple cultures have communion development, special culture cluster development and urban and rural culture harmonious development. Some basic strategies should be insisted, such as in essence attribute, with characteristic direction, calm style to planning, to develop infiltration, and so on.
