摘要
本文分别采用力锤激励、发动机激励和射击载荷激励的3种激励方法对某自行火炮进行了试验模态分析,分别得到了火炮低阶固有频率和振型.尽管激励方式不同,激励能量相差较大,但是固有频率和振型的结果几乎一样,即固有频率不随激励方式的不同而变化.试验得到的俯仰振动固有频率偏差只有0.13Hz,其相对误差只有3.6%.试验结果表明,尽管力锤激励的能量较小,火炮结构存在非线性因素,但是力锤激励法试验结果能反映射击工况下火炮的固有特性,实际火炮结构满足试验模态分析的线性假设.
The hammer,engine and fire load were used to be the exciting sources of experimental modal analysis,the natural frequencies and modes of vibration were obtained respectively.Though the manners were different and the magnitude of the exciting energy had much gap for those three exciting sources,the natural frequencies and modes were almost the same,they do not change with with difference exciting manners.For those three experiments,the absolute error of normal frequency of pitch mode is 0.13 Hz,relative error is 3.6%.The results illustrate that the hammer exciting modal analysis can describe the normal characteristics of the gun with the condition of small driving energy and the nonlinear factors of the gun,and the linearity suppose of experimental modal analysis theory is satisfied for the structure of gun.
