摘要
随着热电联产模式的大力推行,长输蒸汽管道项目越来越普遍。与常规蒸汽管道相比长输蒸汽管道具有管径大、距离长、轴向位移大、对压降和温降要求高的特点。管道的保温效果能否达到预期要求,关乎着管道的经济、安全,目前在设计、施工环节中仍然存在对保温工作不够重视的情况。文中结合某园区蒸汽管网输送项目的建设情况,从保温材料、管托、保护层材料及施工等方面对长输蒸汽管道需要注意的一些问题做了简要分析。为解决工程实际问题提供了思路。
With the vigorous implementation of cogeneration mode,long-distance steam pipe is more popular.The long-distance steam pipe has a larger diameter,longer distance,larger axial displacement,and smaller temperature drop compared to conventional steam pipe.The pipe insulation whether as expected or not,relating to the economic and security,it should be paid enough attention to in the design and construction,The article analyzes the problems of long-distance steam pipe in terms of insulation materials pipe supports,protective layer material and construction,combined construction projects of campus steam network delivery.It provides a guideline for solving engineering problems.
