“二进三做”,提升高职设计类学生职业能力的实践研究 被引量:1

″Two In Three Do″,the Practical Research of Improving Professional Ability of Higher Vocational Students in Design Major

摘要 高职的设计教育作为推动我国设计产业发展的重要力量将肩负重要使命,如何在高速发展的经济社会,培养具备职业素养与职业能力的一线高素质技能型人才,已经成为高职设计类专业发展的关键。本文通过开展"二进三做"的实践教学模式改革研究,将教学任务与工作任务融为一体,让课堂与市场、项目与岗位、作品与产品实现对接,培养高职设计类学生专业技能与岗位适应能力,提升职业素养与职业能力。 As a vital force,the higher vocational colleges with design education,which promotes the development of Chinese design industry,will undertake the important mission. Moreover,how to cultivate the high- quality and high- skilled frontline talents with professional quality and professional ability,who work in the fast- developing economic society,has become a key point to develop the major of design in the higher vocational colleges. This article combines the teaching tasks with working tasks,making a connection between classes and markets,projects and positions,works and productions by developing the reform research of practical teaching mode of ″Two In Three Do″,in order to cultivate students' professional skills and adaptability of positions and enhance their professional qualities and abilities.
