摘要
研究乡村发展类型及其发展程度的区域差异,有助于选择适宜路径推进新农村建设。运用数理方法和GIS技术,尝试从农业生产、工业发展、商贸服务和生态旅游4种乡村功能角度出发,构建评价指标体系,基于乡镇微观视角,对位于沿海发达地区福建省福清市的乡村发展类型进行评定与分析。研究表明:福清市乡村发展具有功能主导和形式多样的特性,17个镇可划分为商贸主导型,工业主导型,农工均衡型,农业主导型Ⅰ,农业主导型Ⅱ,生态主导型6种乡村发展类型;各类型区乡村发展特征同其所处的区位条件、经济基础、土地结构和政策要求等基本属性相匹配,未来福清市各类型区乡村发展应采取差别化对策。
Discussing rural development types and analyzing the regional differences of rural develop- ment level, contributed to selecting the appropriate path to promote the new countryside construction. Based on the micro - perspective of the township, this paper researched the rural development types of Fuqing city located in coastal developed areas of Fujian province, using the mathematical method and GIS, constructing the evaluation index system from agricultural production, industrial development, commercial service and ecological tourism four rural functions. The results indicated that ： Rural devel- opment showed the function of the dominant and form diversity in Fuqing city, the 17 townships were defined six rural development types, including commerce-dominated, industry-dominated, agriculture and industry-balanced, agriculture-dominated I , agriculture-dominated 11 and ecology-dominated rural development type;The characteristics of rural development in different regions were matched with the own basic attributes, such as the regional condition, economic basis, land structure and policy objec- tive, in future, some pertinence measures and proposals were put forward on how to promote the rural development of Fuqing city.
