摘要
在医院人力资源管理中,人工成本核算存在的实际意义。将选取本地区医院中近五年的人工成本数据进行对比分析,进行分析后可以看出各项数据的占比分析。结论可以得出在今后医院的管理过程中,优化人力资源、降低无效人工成本具有重要的作用,另外加强人工成本管理是提高人力资源管理的有效途径。
