急诊床旁彩色多普勒超声对危重儿呼吸困难的临床诊断意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨急诊床旁彩色多普勒超声在危重儿呼吸困难临床诊断中的运用价值。方法以78例临床表现为呼吸困难的危重儿为对象,所有患儿均接受急诊床旁彩色多普勒超声检查,并保存所有患儿心电图监测数据。比较急诊床旁彩色多普勒超声检查和心电图检查的诊断结局(分为确定诊断、协助诊断和鉴别诊断)。结果本组超声检查确定诊断64例(82.06%),协助诊断7例(8.97%),鉴别诊断7例(8.97%)。床旁超声检查确定诊断率高于心电图(χ2=69.379,P<0.05),协助诊断和鉴别诊断率低于心电图(χ2=51.115、4.131,P<0.05)。结论对以呼吸困难为临床症状的危重儿行急诊床旁超声检查,能够对多数患者做出直接判断,提高诊断效率,赢得抢救时间。
