摘要
某电雷管在摸底试验中出现作用时间超差,经分析:电雷管作用时间超差主要原因为起爆药粒度过大和管壳设计不合理。为验证此分析结果,论文对不同批次的起爆药进行了大量的摸底试验,并用ANSYS有限元分析对管壳设计合理性进行了模拟验证。试验结果表明,起爆药粒度过大是导致电雷管作用时间超差的主要原因,而管壳的合理优化在一定程度上降低了因装配因素导致电雷管作用时间超差的问题。
Action time tolerance was found in diagnostic test on an electric detonator, with main reasons of large parti- cle size and poor tube deign of primary explosive. To verify the analysis results, lots of diagnostic test were carried out on different sets of primary explosives, and tube design rationality was analyzed by simulation soft of ANSYS FEM. Experi- mental results showed that large size of primary explosive particle mainly caused the action time tolerance of electric detona- tor, while rational optimization on the detonator tube could reduce the tolerance due to the assembly factor to some extent.
