摘要
在气囊隔振器热膨胀变形影响计算方法的基础上,通过理论推导,建立了一种推进系统气囊隔振装置热膨胀变形不对中影响的计算方法,并进行了仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明:由气囊隔振器热膨胀变形导致的轴系不对中主要表现为竖直偏移量、竖直偏斜角,这些是基本呈线性影响关系,且对竖直偏移量的影响较大,对竖直偏斜角的影响较小。该计算方法可用于评估由于环境温度变化导致的热膨胀变形不对中影响,对气囊装置结构及对中控制策略优化设计等具有一定参考价值。
A thermal expansion transfiguration (TET) misalignment calculation method of air spring mounting system for propulsion system is proposed with the air spring TET model. Simulation analy- sis shows that misalignment due to TET mainly consists of vertical offset and vertical angel. The rela- tionship of environment temperature variety and misalignment is nearly linear. The TET infection of vertical offset is bigger than that of vertical angle. This calculation method can be applied in evalua- ting misalignment due to TET. This method is of important value in the design of air spring mounting system structure and the optimization of alignment control strategy.
