摘要
利用固态发酵法生产根霉脂肪酶,对影响此酶分离的多种条件进行了优化研究,其中包括浸提固液比、浸提时间、硫酸铵饱和度和分子排阻凝胶层析的洗脱流速。得出了优化后条件为浸提固液比为1∶3,浸提时间为120min,硫酸铵饱和度为40%,洗脱流速为1.5mL/min的结论。
