迷走神经与心血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 自主神经系统在顽固性高血压、恶性心律失常、心力衰竭、缺血/再灌注损伤等心血管疾病的发生和发展中有重要作用。自主神经系统主要由交感神经和副交感神经(迷走神经)系统构成。动物实验及临床研究主要集中于交感神经,证实交感神经张力增高与多种疾病相关。近年来,大量研究发现迷走神经在心力衰竭、心肌梗死、心律失常、晕厥、冠心病等心血管疾病中也有重要作用。该文就迷走神经调节与心血管病的关系及治疗进展予以综述。 Autonomic nervous system composed of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve plays a critical role in the pathogenesis and development of multiple cardiovascular diseases such as refractory hypertension,malignant arrhythmia,heart failure and cardiac ischemia / reperfusion. A great amount of trials in vitro and clinical practices are concentrated upon sympathetic nerve. It has been proved that the hyperactivity of sympathetic nerve contributes to the pathogenesis of the diseases above. However,a quantity of studies found the vagus nerve also plays indispensible roles in heart failure,myocardial infarction,arrhythmia,syncope and coronary heart disease. Here is to make a re view of the vagus nerve in relationship with cardiovascular disease and the progress in the treatment.
