γδT细胞在皮肤损伤中的作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 皮肤γδT细胞是一种存在于表皮中具有树突样结构的独特T细胞,我们又称之为树突状表皮T细胞(Dendritic epidermal T cell,DETC),它在皮肤损伤修复过程中发挥重要作用。皮肤位于人体的最外层并具有非常重要的防御保护功能,然而它也经常受到外界各种因素的侵袭损害。表皮γδT细胞源自于胚胎的胸腺前体细胞并表达一种固定的Vγ3Vδ1TCR,能够监控周围表皮细胞,识别邻近病变角化细胞表达的相关抗原并做出反应,在皮肤损伤后的炎症反应和愈合过程中发挥重要作用。
