新型中低压合缸过渡段隔板的设计

摘要 单流中低压合缸汽轮机组中,中压部分与低压部分的根径通常落差大于200 mm。为确保流道光滑,需根据中低压合缸结构的特点,开发新型的过渡段隔板。详细介绍了新型隔板的结构设计、气动优化等相关内容。结果表明,新设计的隔板是适合单流中低压合缸过渡段工况的较好方案,对同类型机组设计有一定的指导意义。 In single-flow steam turbine set with combined IP-LP casing, difference of the root diameters between IP section and LP section is usually larger than 200 mm. In order to ensure smooth flow, new partition for transition section should be developed based on the structural features of the combined IP-LP casing.Diacusced a detailed introduction on the design of bulkhead structure and aerodynamic optimization. The results show that the new design of the bulkhead is a sound solution to solve the transition section of single-flow IP=LP casing and it could provide a certain significance to guide the design of homogeneous units.
