从信用的内涵与构成看大数据征信 被引量:30

摘要 信用是获得信任的资本,信用资本是社会资源配置的新依据。信用是三维的:一维是诚信度,二维是合规度,三维是践约度。信用主体的信用状况依据这三个维度进行综合判断。征信是对信用价值的一种判断,社会以此价值判断为基础,决定授予信用主体某种机会、某笔商业交易、具体的融资金额。征信使信用的价值得以体现,并使信用作为资本参与资源配置的作用得以发挥。大数据征信通过互联网以大数据技术为手段帮助人们记录和判断信用价值,为征信业注入了丰富多维度的信用数据,为信用资本定价提供依据和参考。 Credit is a kind of capital to get trust. Credit capital is the new basis of social resources allocation. Credit has three dimensions: integrity, compliance and performance. A subjeet's credit status can be reflected by those three dimensions. Credit reporting is an estimation of the credit value of a subject. Based on that credit value, the society can provide subjects opportunities, businesses or a certain amount of financing. Credit reporting makes the credit value observable and let credit value play a role in resources allocation. Big-Data Credit Reporting use internet and big data analysis as tools to help people to record and estimate credit value. It also brings multi -dimensional data to help pricing one'credit capital.
