摘要
目的评估综合护理干预在妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者围术期的应用效果。方法对照组48例妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者行常规护理,观察组48例行综合护理干预。结果护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均有所下降,但观察组下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理的总满意度(95.83%)高于对照组(68.75%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科疾病合并糖尿病患者于围术期期间实施综合护理干预效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with obstetrics and gynecology diseases combined with diabetes. Methods The control group of 48 cases of obstetrics and gynecology disease combined with diabetes patients with routine care,the observation group of 48 cases of comprehensive nursing intervention. Results After nuring,two groups of SAS,SDS score decreased,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group（95.83%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with gynecological diseases complicated with diabetes is significant.
