摘要
目的探析系统护理对儿童预防接种不良反应及家长满意度的影响。方法选取256例来我院预防接种的儿童,将其分为两组,每组128例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予系统护理,观察护理效果。结果观察组的不良反应发生率及家属满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童预防接种过程给予系统护理,可降低儿童不良反应发生率,提高儿童家属满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the impacts of systematic nursing on adverse reaction of children＇s preventive vaccination and parents satisfaction. Methods 256 children vaccinated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with each group of 128 cases. Children in control group were given routine nursing and observation group were given systematic nursing,then nursing effect in two groups could be observed. Results Observation group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions and a higher parents satisfaction than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing during children＇s preventive vaccination could lower incidence of adverse reactions and improve parents satisfaction.
