摘要
目的分析中耳炎患者的有效护理措施。方法选取我院2013年4月~2014年4月收治的中耳炎患者60例为研究对象,其中男37例,女23例,平均年龄（35.1±7.2）岁,平均每耳气骨导分离为（36.4±2.4）d B。单耳患者有24例,双耳患者有36例;胆脂瘤型中耳炎19例,单纯化脓性中耳炎41例。对患者采取手术前期和手术后期一系列护理措施,总结护理经验,保证护理水平的不断提高。结果观察组所有患者经护理均康复出院,随访3个月无1例患者发生严重并发症。结论有效的护理有利于中耳炎患者的恢复,同时能降低并发症的发生率,患者也要学会自我护理方法,加强体育锻炼,预防感冒,以促进恢复。
Objective To analyze the effective nursing measures for patients with otitis media. Methods 60 cases of middle ear infection in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were studied,including 37 males and 23 females,average age（35.1±7.2）years old. One ear in 24 patients,two ears in 36 patients,19 cases of cholesteatoma,41 cases of simple suppurative otitis media. To take a series of nursing measures to the patients to ensure the continuous improvement of nursing level. Results All the patients in the observation group were discharged from hospital,and three cases were followed up for 1 months. Conclusion Effective nursing care for patients with otitis media recovery is very important,but can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,patients should also learn to self care methods,strengthen physical exercise,to prevent colds and to promote recovery.
