摘要
目的探讨无创通气对改善急性左心衰患者症状的疗效。方法收集2011年4月~2014年12月我院诊断为急性左心衰的患者,按入院顺序分为：40例研究组和40例对照组,两组基础治疗均相同,研究组加用无创通气。结果 （1）研究组和对照组急性左心衰的治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）研究组和对照组治疗前Pa O2、左室射血分数结果比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论本次研究认为在常规药物治疗的基础上加用无创通气可以改善急性左心衰患者的缺氧症状及心功能。
Objective To study the noninvasive ventilation to improve the curative effect of patients with acute left heart failure symptoms. Methods Collected from April 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital diagnosed as acute left heart failure patients,according to admission order were divided into 40 patients of research group and 40 cases of control group. Two groups of foundation treatment were the same,the research group with noninvasive ventilation. Results（1）the research group and control group in the treatment of acute left heart failure,the results compared with difference（P〈0.05）.（2）the research group and the control group before treatment,the Pa O2,left ventricular ejection fraction had no difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion This study considered on the basis of conventional drug treatment and using noninvasive ventilation can obviously improve anoxic symptom and heart function in patients with acute left heart failure.
