摘要
目的观察并分析胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的应用价值。方法选取100例胆囊炎合并胆结石患者,依据手术治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组各为50例。对照组应用胆囊全切除术,观察组应用胆囊部分切除术。结果两组手术及预后指标和并发症的发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石具有应用价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the application value of the partial resection in the treatment of cholecystitis combined gallstones. Methods Chose 100 cases of patients with cholecystitis combined gallstones,according to the different methods of surgery devided into the observation group and control group,each group of 50 cases. The control group used total resection of gallbladder,observation group was in application of partial resection. Results Two groups of surgery and prognosis index and the incidence of complications compared,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion Partial cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystitis and gallstones is with application value.
