摘要
目的:比较Bangerter弱视压抑膜及传统眼罩遮盖治疗轻、中度屈光参差的疗效。方法:收集2012年1月-2013年1月就诊于大同市第五人民医院的轻、中度的单眼屈光参差性弱视患儿60例(60眼)。恰当的屈光矫正后,随机分为2组:Ⅰ组为压抑膜+弱视仪器训练,Ⅱ组为传统的遮盖+弱视仪器训练。于开始治疗后的3个月、6个月、12个月进行随访。结果:3个月随访时,Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的有效率无统计学意义(X^2=0.11,P>0.05);6个月随访时,Ⅰ组的有效率明显高于Ⅱ组,差别有统计学意义(X^2=4.29,P<0.05);12个月随访时,Ⅰ组的有效率明显高于Ⅱ组,差别有统计学意义(X^2=4.32,P<0.05),两组患者的依从性有明显差异(X^2=6.67,P<0.05)且Ⅰ组弱视治愈率高于Ⅱ组(X^2=5,45,P<0.05)。结论:(1)弱视压抑膜治疗的远期效果优于传统的遮盖。(2)弱视压抑膜有助于提高患者的依从性。(3)对于轻、中度屈光参差性弱视,弱视压抑膜治疗是一种有效安全的方法。
Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of Bangerter amblyopia depressed membrane with that of tra- ditional eye mask cover. Methods： Collect 60 cases （60 eyes） of monocular anisometropia of mild and moderate amblyo- pia patients in Datong Fifth People＇s Hospital between January 2012 and January 2013. After appropriate refractive correction,the cases were randomly divided into 2 groups： group I to depressed membrane -V amblyopia training in- strument, group Ⅱ to traditional cover ＋ amblyopia training instrument, followed up for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Results： Followed up 3 months later, the effectiveness between two groups had no statistical significance （X2= 0. ll,P〉0. 11） ;followed up 6 months later, the effectiveness of group I was obviously higher than that of group Ⅲ , the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 4. 29, P^0. 05）; followed up 12 months later, the effectiveness of group I was obviously higher than that of group Ⅱ , the difference was statistically significant （X2 =4. 32,P〈0. 05）, the compliance of two groups of patients had obvious difference （X2 =6.67 ,P〈0. 05）, and the amblyopia cure rate of group I was higher than that of group Ⅱ （X2 =5.45,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： （1）Long-term effect of depressed mem- brane treatment of amblyopia is superior to the traditional cover. （2）Amblyopia depressed membrane is helpful to im- prove patients＇compliance. （3）With mild-to-moderate anisometropia amblyopia, amblyopia depressed membrane treat- ment is a safe and effective method.
