摘要
论文对美国政府在生态经济发展过程中的作用进行了分析。研究发现当出现环境污染等负的外部性导致市场失灵时,美国政府就坚决进行干预。最后得出结论,在当前我国生态经济发展目标以及环境问题日益严重的情形下,我国政府应该通过各项政策发挥积极的主导作用。
This paper analyzes the role of American government in the process of eco-economic development. The study finds that when the negative externalities of environmental pollution lead to market failure, the U.S. government will intervene absolutely. It draws the conclusion that in the current increasingly serious environmental problem, as well as our country ecological economic development goal, our government should play actively the leading role and proactively develop the related policies.
