摘要
将产业链上的下游企业作为研究对象,在考虑技术溢出的条件下,以政府进行成本补贴为前提,在无协调机制、有协调机制、合作博弈和社会福利最大化4种不同的协调机制作用下,采用博弈分析与对比分析的方法,对下游企业创新研发合作的行为进行建模求解分析,并得出相应的结论。最后,进行不同机制下的研发合作行为对比,对企业在成本补贴下的行为政策提供理论支撑。
This paper studies the downstream enterprises on the industry chain,under the condition of vertical spillover,the government cost subsidy as the prerequisite,under the action of the four different coordination mechanism of the absence of coordinating mechanism,coordination mechanism,cooperative game and social welfare maximization.It analyzes R＆D Cooperative Behavior of the downstream enterprise with the method of game analysis and correlation analysis,and draws the appropriate conclusions.Finally,compare the different mechanism of R＆D cooperation behavior in order to provide theoretical support for the enterprise behavior under cost subsidy.
