摘要
材料代用是压力容器制造过程中的常见行为,它给压力容器制造带来便利的同时,也很容易产生一些新的问题,如果处理不当,就会给压力容器的安全运行埋下隐患。就压力容器材料代用问题进行了深入探讨,提出了代用的原则,并就具体的代用类型提出了应注意的事项。
Material substitution is met frequently during construction of pressure vessels, which brings about convenience and problems at the same time, and if treated inappropriately, hidden perils may exist in the service of vessels. In this article, the issue of material substitution was discussed, and the principles and the main requirements in material substitution were presented.
