基于Aspen Plus软件的生物质气与煤混合燃烧烟气排放特性计算分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了分析生物质气与煤混合燃烧对烟气排放特性的影响,基于Aspen Plus软件,搭建了生物质气与煤混合燃烧模型,对混合燃烧产物进行模拟计算。在生物质气化过程中,随着空燃比的增加,生物质气的低位热值先升高后降低。选取低位热值最高时的生物质气和煤在不同生物质掺烧比例下混合燃烧。随着生物质掺烧比例从0%增加到30%,在保证混合燃烧的理论空气量条件下,炉膛燃烧温度逐渐下降,烟气排放特性也随之变化。在掺烧比例达到30%时,SO2的体积分数降低了30%左右,H2O的体积分数增加了26.7%-39.2%,烟气排放量增加了2.38%-3.2%。随着生物质掺烧比例的增加,混合燃烧对锅炉运行造成的影响逐渐增大。 In order to analyze the impacts of biomass gas co-firing with coal to the gas emission characteristic,the biomass gasification and co-firing model was built and the co-firing products were calculated based on the Aspen Plus. In the process of gasification,the low calorific value of biomass gas raises first and decreases later with the increase of air-fuel ratio. The biomass gases with the highest calorific value were selected to co-fire with coal in boiler. When the co-firing ratio increases from 0% to 30%,under the condition of co-firing theoretical air volume flow,the combustion temperature decreases and the flue gas emission characteristics changes too.When the co-firing ratio reaches 30%,the volume fraction of SO_2 decreases about 30%,and the volume fraction of H_2 O increases from 26. 7% to 39. 2%,the flue gas mass flow increases from 2. 38% to 3. 2%. With the increase of the co-firing ratio,the influence of co-firing to the boiler operation increases gradually.
